HOW IT WORKS
With a Videofied alarm, all motion detectors have a built-in cam when the alarm is triggered the camera springs to life and transmits live video through to our control room operators.
If there’s no threat to your property we will simply reset the alarm and not bother you.
This alarm system gives you complete peace of mind, as you are only ever contacted by us if a threat is present or there is a technical issue with the system.
VIDEO FOOTAGE
The purpose of a Videofied Alarm to verify why the alarm was triggered. It is not to try to identify the offenders. We transmit a low-resolution video file that is suitable for this purpose and aim to receive this as fast as possible.
MONITORING
Our monitoring room is staffed 24 hours a day and is graded to the highest Australian ASIAL level of 1A. This is renewed on a regular basis to ensure that standards remain high. All Videofied activations are sent instantly to our control room operators for verification. If the alarm is false, we will not bother you. If the alarm is genuine, we will immediately contact the police,as we are actually witnessing the event live, Police take action.
